Service Desk Engineer

Key Responsibilities.
• IT Servicedesk Administration.
• Service Desk Administration and Reporting
• Keep abreast of changes in the standards, technologies or methodologies
• Carry out administrative functions of IT Support Team
• Give direction and guidance to the IT support team
• Work with other departments / Branches to ensure excellent support is given to the clients
• Reporting to IT Management on Service desk support status

Qualification and Experience.
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology related field of study
• 4-6 years’ experience as Service Desk Engineer.
• Multiple Service Desk platform experience is a must.
• MS Cloud platform experience, including O365 Setup and administration
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
• Dependable and flexible when necessary

• Strong understanding of Service Desk Environment and excellent people skills
• Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions. Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot End User Devices such as Notebooks, Cell phones, Desktops, including wireless access points, Multifunctional Printers.
• Applications such as MS Office 365 Suite, Pastel Accounting, CQS Suite and or other Audit Methodology Software, MS Server 2008, 2012 Support Experience. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
