Job Description


Business development
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Is an evangelist for Digital transformation
  • Contributes to new business proposals and other Digital business development activities
  • Contributes to thought leadership on the Digital transformation agenda
Client Advisory
  • Unpacks business problems and provides suitable and leading-edge perspectives and insights about digital transformation strategies
  • Identifies new digital technologies and trends and evaluates the implications for clients’ digital strategies and capabilities
  • Maps and assesses clients’ digital capabilities against strategic goals, interprets the gaps and proposes strategies to bridge
  • Defines and advocates digital architectures and standards to support the client’s digital strategy
Product development
  • Identifies opportunities for marketable Digitally driven products
  • Participates in low level product design, engineering, development and integration
  • Builds Digital product prototypes
  • Works with external developers to build, test and implement Digital products
Practice management
  • Contributes to the implementation of the Digital strategy
  • Ensures adherence to firm’s quality and risk management processes
  • Identifies leading and effective digital transformation practices and methodologies
  • Builds networks with strategic external partners for Digital transformation
  • Contributes to the firm’s own Digital transformation initiatives


  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor`s Degree) with a major in Information Systems, Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in software development including web and mobile development
  • Experience with Java, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Node.js
  • Experience in software design
  • Familiarity with popular low code development platforms advantageous
